            Life is beautiful is a movie about a family love. It is based on a story that happend in the World War 2. The main character is Guido, plyed by Roberto Benigni who is also flimaker. He swept the Cannes awards.  Guido loves his wife and son a lot. However, they have to seperate because he was Jewish. He and his son are imprisoned. He try to put son's mind at rest. His effort is heartbreaking. His son is too innocent to understand meaning of war. I think the massage of this movie is that how strong family love is.
           Maybe, anyone who see this movie have no choice but cry hot tears because Guido's acting is superb and realistic.  Guido showed parent's everlasting unlimited love. I was deeply impressed by this movie. I think everyone should see this touched movie. If you see this movie, you can get a lot of things from it.

            After having graduated from high school, I had the opportunity to travel to China. The trip was my first overseas trip. I looked forward to that trip. However, Contrary to my expectation, start of the trip was not good. Because, the fog, rain, snow and wind had delayed our flight more than six hours. As a result, we had arrived at Shanghai, China very late. When we arrived at the hotel, it was a night. I was tired and exhausted. That was the first day of my China trip.

           Second day of the trip, I went to Emergency Government Building which our ancestors work for our country's independence from Japanese Imperial. There I felt sadness and shame. Because, the building was not properly cared. So, I felt very inconvenience while coming back hotel.

          Third day of the trip, I went to tv tower, the tallest building in asia and third tall in the whole all the world. It was very beautiful and luxury, and I enjoyed that sound view. Nearby tower, there was many gorgeous buildings. But right next to them, there was very poor and dirty houses. I was surprised at a huge gap between rich and poor.          

          last day of the trip, I visit to big park called yeahone. There was many plants and pretty pond there. I could feel the peace and calm. During travel, I thought China has great potential and passion. Also They were attractive. Through the trip I was able to learn a lot. If I have another chance to go to China, I want to travel in a personal rather than a travel agency.

Red Devils 

        Did you rember a event of 2002? In 2002, when I was in middle school, the Worldcup was held in our country, korea. Actually I was not interested in soccer before. However, how great a 2002 world cup was!! The Korea team recorded the 4th in the world cup finals. It was the first time in Asia!!! yes, I have no choice but to love soccer. All people did as like one mind and we all spoke "Dae-han-min-guk!" It made Korea known to the world. All the people was wearing a red devil T-shrit which represents Korea team. Of course, I worn it too, In my class room,  there are lots of girls who are falling in love with a players.  When our team won the game, we all went out to the street and shared joy with others. I shouted so loudly that I couldn't make a sound at all next day. I think nobody can follow our cheering party, 'Red Devils'. During this period, all korean was really happy. I can't forget the 2002 worldcup!

A scary story

 I'm going to talk about a scary story about my own experience. In 2002, when I was in middle school, I was at home with my brother. At that time, there was nobody in our house without me and my brother. I was wathcing television in the living room and my brother was reading some books in his room, when suddenly, the lights went out .It was the blackout. We were not surprised or frightened. Because, the power outage is not spescial. It happens somtimes, isn't it? By the way, There was no lights. I had to find some candles or flashlight. However, It was so dark. So I had a trouble with finding them. I shouted to my brother. "Where is the flshlight!?" Actually, my brother is not kind. He replied. "I don't know! I don't care about it. just wait!"  However, I wanted to find the flashlight or candles. I muttered, "where is the flashligt!!". At the same moment, he said, "Here is." and he gave the flash light to me. I said, "oh! Thanks!" BUT, I realized soon, It is too long distance. He can't come to me like this. It's too fast. It gave me goose skin. My brother had been at his room. Who is the guy gaving the flashlight to me? I think there are ghosts...maybe... how about you?

Beautiful Autumn

 
  I am going to introduce to you a Ssang Gok valley. We usually go the vally only during summer vacation. But today, I want that you know the beauty of vallly in Autumn. When I was a child, my family would often go the ssang-gok vally. The Ssang Gok valley has very clear water. You can see your face through the water. Maybe you already knew beautiful sky of Fall. Can you imagine the blue sky of Fall which is reflected by clear water of vally? I felt that the water is so shiny when a light wind was blowing. I used to feel relaxed in that mood. Actually, the Ssang Gok valley is not well-known. So, it's not crowded with people(Summer excepted). Only the sound of falling leaves and runnig water will be with you. With this sound my family and I used to eat kim-bab. It was more delicious than usual. 
  If you go the Ssang Gok valley in Fall someday, I recommend that pick yellow and red maple leaves and put leaves into books or somthings. And give a present to somebody.This small things can make romantic atmosphere;)

#3 Chuseok



 This year we had vey long periods of Chuseok holiday. It is because Chuseok was on wednesday and we generally were given a bonus holiday on monday or friday. I had 7 days of recess time! I was very happy! I used to go my grandmother's house in In-Cheon on holidays. Our relatives are gathering together on holidays. As usual, we gathered this Chuseok and visited our family graves. Actually, the most I want for Chuseok is foods. I think the foods for ancestral rites table are so delicious! My favorite is jeon! I ate lots of jeons. It was really tasty. However, making a few kinds of jeon isn't easy work. There are a lot to do. Fortunately we cook together both woman and man usually. So we could work more easier this Chuseok. My Chuseok holidays are finishing now. I am disappointed... I am already waiting for seol holidays!

Her passion is so infectious.

  Do you know Han Bi-Ya? I am going to talking about Han Bi-Ya. She wrote the best seller-"The daughter of the wind, Walk the earth three and a half". She is a well-known International aid worker. I first knew Bi-Ya through her books when I was in high school. I began to love Bi-Ya's passion after reading her books. she was a normal company staff. However,one day, she decided to quit the company to achieve her childhood dream traveling around the world. When she was young, she wished to travel all around world by her own foots.

 Quitting the company, She treveled around the world for six years. She was able to feel How wide world is. When she journeyed to the interior of Africa, many Africa's poor people came into her eyes. She started to help people before her knows. 

 Now, She works as an emergency relief team leader in the International organization called World Vision. She goes around all over the world working for peole who are in need for foods. She is living in the world that I couldn't see.  

  Sometimes, we forgot what we had said to ourselves when we was young. However, She says that It's never too late to start something new. I want to recommend her books to some people who feel boredom or slump. Because Her passion is so infectious.
